The Harrah's location for the popular seafood chain is the company's 87th restaurant - approximately 45 use the McCormick & Schmick's name - and first one in a casino. Known for its fresh seafood - the menus are printed daily since the fresh fish and seafood is flown in daily to guarantee freshness - McCormick & Schmick's feature between 85 and 110 made-to-order dishes that include an extensive selection of international, national, regional and local seafood.

"It brings a restaurant into Harrah's with instant recognizability," says Harrah's Senior Vice President and General Manager Scott Barber. "We surveyed our customers about what type of new restaurant they would like to have here, and seafood was by far the No. 1 choice. So we looked at great seafood chains, and McCormick and Schmick's was at the top of the list."
