Whobbly Whoopsie
By JEANNE DONOHUE For At The Shore, 609-272-7017
Published: Jul 10, 2008
If your toddlers and pre-schoolers can't get enough of watching the Doodlebops, a trio of multi-colored characters that sing and dance around on TV, by all means strap those kids in their strollers and run, don't walk, to the Wildwoods Convention Center. Doodblebops Live! will be at The Wildwoods Convention Center on Sunday, July 13 at 12:30 p.m.
Deedee, Mo and Rooney from the hit TV show on Playhouse Disney promise to light up the stage of the Oceanfront Arena with their zany antics and overwhelmingly contagious enthusiasm. Of course, Bus Driver Bob will be there, too. He always gets the Doodlebops to their concerts on time.
Like the TV show, Doodlebops Live! was developed to engage kids through real music inspired by legendary artists while passing on a message of positive social values. The colorful group entertains young fans with their unique mixture of music, dance and comedy while focusing on pro-social themes in a way their young audience can understand.
For most youngsters attending Doodlebops Live!, this will be their first concert experience. The entire family is encouraged to sing and dance along as they perform hit songs like "Whobbly Whoopsie," "Tick Tock," "Let's Get Loud." "Get on the Bus" and more.
