12:15 p.m. Update - An Atlantic City council member pleaded guilty to one count of driving while intoxicated about three minutes before his trial was scheduled to begin in Cape May City Municipal Court. Charges against Tim Mancuso of reckless driving, failing to stop for an emergency vehicle and driving on the beach were dismissed as part of the plea deal.
